Descriptions of services, indicative timelines and engagement models are provided for information and do not constitute an offer. Case studies marked as illustrative are examples of our approach and do not describe real client engagements.
Intellectual property
The design, text and code of this site belong to Gimpact. Deliverables produced for a client belong to that client on the terms set out in their engagement agreement.
Enquiries you send us
Please do not send confidential material through the contact form. If you need to share something sensitive before an agreement is in place, ask us for a mutual NDA first.
Liability
This site is provided as is. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or continuously available, and we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of information published here.
Governing law
