Answers from your content, not the internet
Retrieval-augmented generation over your documents, policies and catalogue, with citations back to the source.
Services
Put AI to work in your business — connected to your data and your systems.
What’s included
The gap between an impressive AI demo and a system you can put in front of customers is grounding, guardrails and observability. A model that invents a price, a delivery date or a policy is worse than no assistant at all.
We build retrieval over your actual content, constrain what the assistant is allowed to say and do, log every interaction for review, and design the handover to a human as a first-class path. Then we measure deflection and accuracy against a fixed evaluation set instead of impressions.
Retrieval-augmented generation over your documents, policies and catalogue, with citations back to the source.
The assistant books, quotes, updates the CRM and escalates — because a reply that ends in 'please contact us' is not a resolution.
Full transcript logging, evaluation sets and a review queue, so quality is something you can inspect rather than hope for.

You describe the problem. We say honestly whether software is the answer.
We learn the business before we discuss the build.
Flows and screens designed before code, and tested with the people who will use them.
Built in reviewable increments, in your repository, from the first commit.
We try to break it before your customers do.
A planned release, not a switch someone flips on a Friday evening.
What we learn after launch is what decides the next phase.
Inventory, leads and agents in one place — so a serious buyer is never waiting on a spreadsheet.
Patient-facing systems and clinic operations, built with privacy and consent designed in from the start.
Online and in-store selling on one stock position, with a checkout tuned to your market.
Booking, itineraries and payments that work on a phone, in the traveller's language.
Client intake, matter management and billing for firms whose inventory is time.
Financial products where correctness, auditability and compliance are the product.
Frequently asked questions
No. We use enterprise API tiers where inputs are not used for training, and we can keep sensitive data out of the model entirely by retrieving only the fields an answer needs. Where regulation requires it, we deploy in-region or self-hosted models.
Three layers: the assistant can only answer from retrieved sources, answers carry citations you can check, and anything outside its scope routes to a human instead of being improvised. We then test that behaviour against a fixed set of adversarial questions before launch.
Yes, including mixed Arabic-English messages and Gulf dialect phrasing, which is how customers actually write on WhatsApp. Dialect handling is part of the evaluation set rather than an assumption.
Connected workflows across CRM, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, accounting and internal tools — with an audit trail.
What’s included
Multi-tenant products with authentication, billing, dashboards and APIs — architected so growth does not force a rewrite.
What’s included
Internal platforms, operations systems and integrations for processes that off-the-shelf software cannot model.
