E-commerce
Storefronts, checkout, payments and fulfilment integrations — tuned for the markets and payment habits you actually sell into.

Market
We build e-commerce, delivery, booking and internal business systems for companies in Kuwait City — designed around KNET, which is how most Kuwaiti customers actually expect to pay, and around a retail market that moved to phone-first ordering years ago.

A Kuwaiti checkout that leads with international cards loses sales. We design payment flows around the domestic network first and treat cards and wallets as the secondary path.
A large share of Kuwaiti retail demand starts on Instagram or WhatsApp. We build the shortest possible path from a message to a paid, tracked order.
Dispatch, driver apps, live status and proof of delivery — built so the customer service team stops answering 'where is my order' by phone.
RTL Arabic designed from the first screen alongside English, with correct typography rather than a mirrored Latin layout.
We are UTC+5 on a Sunday-to-Thursday week, so questions asked in your morning are answered in your morning.
Your code, your cloud accounts, documented handover. You can move the work in-house or elsewhere whenever you choose.
Kuwait has one of the Gulf's most phone-native consumer markets. Ordering by direct message, paying on a domestic debit network and expecting same-day delivery is normal behaviour rather than an early-adopter pattern, and businesses that treat online as a secondary channel are usually already behind.
The practical consequence for software is that payment and fulfilment matter more than presentation. A beautiful storefront that cannot take the card the customer holds, or that hands off to a delivery process nobody can see, will underperform a plainer competitor that gets those two things right.
Kuwait's national development agenda continues to push service digitisation, and government services are increasingly consolidated in national apps. We build to the payment, delivery and language expectations that follow from that — and confirm any regulatory or tax specifics with your advisors rather than assuming them.
Market and regulatory context is provided for orientation, not as legal, tax or compliance advice. Confirm specifics with your own advisors — we build to the requirements you set.

Frequently asked questions
Yes — we integrate KNET through the payment providers that offer it, and we design the checkout so it is the first option rather than buried under international cards. Merchant onboarding and settlement terms are between you and the provider; we build and test the integration.
Yes. Messages create or update an order record automatically through the official APIs, with an owner and a response clock. That ends the situation where the only record of a sale is a chat thread on one employee's phone.
No. We operate from Uzbekistan and deliver remotely, on your Sunday-to-Thursday week and two hours ahead of Kuwait City. We will not claim a local presence we do not have.
Tell us what you are trying to build. You will get a considered reply from an engineer within one business day — or message us on WhatsApp and get one sooner.
