Market
This is where we actually are. We build websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, CRM, AI assistants and business automation for companies in Tashkent and across the regions — with Payme and Click checkout, Humo and Uzcard support, Uzbek and Russian interfaces that are both first-class, and meetings you can take in person.

Gimpact is based in Uzbekistan. You can meet the people writing your code, in person, in the same week you ask. Every other market we serve is remote — this one is not.
Most business software here has to work in two languages, and one of them is usually an afterthought. We treat Uzbek and Russian as equal versions with their own typography and copy, not one machine-translated from the other.
Humo and Uzcard carry most domestic payments, and Payme, Click and Uzum are how people expect to pay. We build checkout around that instead of assuming an international card gateway that half your customers cannot use.
Systems that issue invoices produce structured data your accountant can file, and integrate with the e-invoicing and reporting tools you already use rather than creating a second set of books.
Support, notifications, bookings and order updates run through Telegram here far more than email. We build bots and integrations that write into your real system instead of ending in a chat nobody logs.
Code, servers and third-party accounts are in your company's name from day one. No dependency on us to keep your own system running.
Uzbekistan's software market changed shape quickly. Digital public services, a fast-growing e-commerce sector and a young population that reached the internet on a phone rather than a desktop mean local users now compare your product against well-built consumer apps, not against your competitor's brochure site.
Two practical realities shape almost every system we build here. Payments run mostly on domestic rails — Humo and Uzcard cards, and the Payme, Click and Uzum wallets — so an international-card-only checkout quietly loses a large share of customers. And Telegram, not email, is where support conversations, notifications and even ordering actually happen.
Language is the other constant. Uzbek and Russian both need to be genuinely usable, and the Latin and Cyrillic scripts both appear in real use. Building that in from the start costs far less than retrofitting it, and it is one of the clearest signals to a local customer that the product was made for them.
Market and regulatory context is provided for orientation, not as legal, tax or compliance advice. Confirm specifics with your own advisors — we build to the requirements you set.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Uzbekistan is our home market and the one place where we can meet you in person rather than over a call. Everywhere else we work remotely and say so plainly on those pages — we would rather be the company that tells you where it actually is.
Yes — we integrate all three, plus Humo and Uzcard through the usual acquirers. In practice we recommend at least two providers so a single outage does not stop your sales, and we build the reconciliation side properly so refunds and failed payments are visible instead of appearing as missing money.
Both, as equal versions rather than a primary language and a translation. That means separate copy written for each rather than machine output, correct handling of Latin and Cyrillic Uzbek where you need both, and layouts that still work when Russian text runs noticeably longer than Uzbek.
Yes, and it is one of the most requested integrations here. Bots can take orders and bookings, send notifications and route support conversations — the part that matters is that every one of those writes into your CRM or order system, so the conversation is a record rather than a message on one employee's phone.
A written scope and estimate first, then a local contract in UZS with milestone invoicing and standard closing documents your accountant expects. For companies that prefer it we can also contract and invoice in USD. Either way you can stop at a milestone boundary.
