Managing property inventory and sales leads across multiple agents. Listings lived in one system, enquiries arrived in four channels, and commission was reconciled by hand at month end — so the same unit could be offered twice and no one could say which agent had earned what.

   Modelled the inventory once, with unit status as a state machine so a unit cannot be reserved and available at the same time.

   Unified lead capture from the website, portals, WhatsApp and phone into a single queue with an owner and a clock on every enquiry.

   Built agent, manager and finance views on the same data, so pipeline numbers and commission numbers cannot diverge.

   Added an assistant that answers availability and price questions on WhatsApp and hands over to the assigned agent with full context.

Solution

A centralised CRM and property management platform. Inventory is the single source of truth and feeds the portals, so a unit cannot stay live externally after it has been reserved internally. Every enquiry has an owner and a response clock, and commission is derived from the same records the pipeline reports on.
