A remote engineering partner for US companies building products, replacing spreadsheets and automating operations. Senior engineers, a committed two-hour window in your morning, written decisions you can audit, and code and cloud accounts that are in your name from the first commit.

We are UTC+5. On standard hours our working day ends before yours begins — that is the honest arithmetic, and you should hear it before you sign rather than in week three. What we commit to instead is a fixed evening window on our side, 19:00–21:00 in Tashkent, which is 09:00–11:00 on the East Coast. West Coast calls fall in our late evening and we agree those per engagement rather than pretending they are routine. Everything outside the window is asynchronous by design.
You work with the people writing the code, not an account manager relaying messages. Questions get answered by someone who can change the thing being discussed.
Architecture choices, trade-offs and their reasoning are written down. With a two-hour window that is not bureaucracy — it is what makes a two-hour window enough, and it means a decision made in month two is still explainable in month twelve.
Work-for-hire terms, code in your repositories, cloud and third-party accounts in your company's name. Nothing about the arrangement makes leaving us expensive.
We will tell you when a requested feature will not solve the problem behind it, and propose the version that will. That has cost us scope on projects and kept clients for years.
Documentation, tests and a running environment your own team or your next team can pick up. A dependency on us is not a business model we want.
US companies rarely have a capacity problem in the abstract. The specific problem is usually that hiring a senior engineer takes months, the roadmap has a fixed date on it, and the internal team is already committed to something else. A remote partner is worth having when it closes that particular gap without adding management overhead.
The honest constraint is time zones. We are UTC+5, and on standard working hours there is no overlap at all with either coast — our day finishes before yours starts. The way we close that is a committed evening window, 19:00–21:00 Tashkent, which lands at 09:00–11:00 Eastern; for the West Coast the equivalent falls in our late evening and is agreed engagement by engagement. It changes how the work has to run: a committed daily window for decisions, written specifications and architecture notes, demo environments you can open on your own schedule, and progress you can see without asking. We would rather set that expectation now than discover it in week three.
The questions US buyers ask first are usually about ownership and continuity, not price. Who owns the code, what happens if the engagement ends, can we sign our own MSA and NDA, where does customer data live, and can our own team take this over. Those have clear answers here and we put them in writing at the start.

Client intake, matter management and billing for firms whose inventory is time.
Site progress, sales office and payment schedules connected — instead of three teams reporting three numbers.
Financial products where correctness, auditability and compliance are the product.
You describe the problem. We say honestly whether software is the answer.
We learn the business before we discuss the build.
Flows and screens designed before code, and tested with the people who will use them.
Built in reviewable increments, in your repository, from the first commit.
We try to break it before your customers do.
A planned release, not a switch someone flips on a Friday evening.

Frequently asked questions
No. Gimpact operates from Uzbekistan and works with US clients remotely — we will not claim a US presence we do not have. If your procurement requires a US-registered entity, tell us early and we will say plainly whether we can meet it rather than working around the question.
On standard hours there is no overlap: we are UTC+5, so our working day ends before yours begins. Rather than dress that up, we commit to a fixed evening window of 19:00–21:00 Tashkent time, which is 09:00–11:00 Eastern — two hours, every working day, for decisions and demos. The West Coast equivalent falls at 22:00 our time, so we agree that case by case instead of promising it as standard. Everything else is asynchronous: written updates, a demo environment you can open whenever you like, and specifications detailed enough that we are not blocked waiting for you to wake up. It is a real constraint and it works, but only because the process is built around it rather than pretending it isn't there.
You do, on work-for-hire terms written into the agreement before development starts. Code lives in your repositories, cloud and third-party accounts are opened in your company's name, and there is no proprietary framework of ours that you would have to keep licensing. We can work under your MSA and NDA rather than requiring ours.
In the region you choose, on infrastructure in your own cloud account — usually a US region on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure. We work inside your account rather than hosting your production data on ours, so residency, retention and access are yours to set and yours to audit. Where a project touches regulated data, we design around your counsel's requirements rather than offering compliance opinions of our own.
A written scope and estimate first, then a phased contract with milestone invoicing in USD by international wire. We can sign your MSA, NDA and IP assignment, and we are comfortable with a staged structure that lets you stop at any milestone boundary — that option existing is usually what makes the first project easy to start.
