Job sheets printed each morning and re-entered each evening. Technicians worked from paper, invoices lagged the work by a week, and nobody could say what a job actually cost once travel and parts were counted.

   Chose a shared-schema multi-tenant model with row-level isolation, because the customer base is many small operators rather than a few large ones.

   Built the technician app local-first: jobs, photos and signatures queue on the device and sync when signal returns.

   Derived invoicing from completed job records, so the finance team stops re-entering what the field already reported.

   Shipped billing, plan limits and self-service sign-up in the first release so the product could be sold on launch day.

A multi-tenant scheduling and job-management platform with an offline-capable technician application. Work is captured on site — including photos and customer signatures — and invoicing follows automatically from the completed job record.
